OUR LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Full Landscape Service

Performed on each visit:

  • Trim entire perimeter of Lawn with weed trimmer
  • Edge lawn that is up against concrete walkways, driveways, pavers, etc, with grass edger
  • Mow Lawn, alternating direction of cut periodically
  • Thoroughly power blow all debris, weeds, leaves, etc. from driveways, rocks, sidewalks, patios, plants and trees
  • Trim and shape all plants as needed (trimming plants too often is bad for plants and trees)
  • Prune small trees as needed (under 10’-0” height)
  • Trim canopies only on large trees *large trees over 10’-0” height trimming is available at additional fees
  • Spray all rock areas with professional high grade weed killer as needed
  • Pull weeds as needed in rock areas, curb, patio, driveway and sidewalks
  • Rake rocks as needed
  • Leave Landscape Service Notification card on door

Premium Landscape Service

The following is additional to the items listed on the left:

  • Full trimming as needed of all large trees
  • Complete professional plant, tree and flower fertilization monthly
  • Sprinkler head and drip emitter repair is included in service
  • Sprinkler and drip system leak repairs included in service
  • Liquid grass fertilizer is used on all grass monthly
  • Complete fall winter grass re-seeding is included in service if needed
  • Communicate to customer any recommendations needed to improve landscaping each month (New plants, trees, flower beds, decorative landscape rock additions and other improvements)

Once Per Month:

  • Fertilize grass as needed, run sprinkler system after applying fertilizer
  • Run and Check sprinkler system. *Repairs and parts subject to additional fees
